Floor AttendantsBeing helpful to SLUMA visitors is the #1 goal of our floor attendants. Duties include answering questions about the exhibits on a particular museum floor. ReceptionistOur receptionist primarily welcomes guests to the museum by informing them about the exhibit locations and offering them a printed floor plan to assist their visit. In addition, the receptionist would answer any other visitor questions. DocentWe train our docents to guide tour groups of 20 or more guests through the exhibits on each floor of the museum. Tours generally last about one hour, after which the guests are invited to revisit the exhibits and the museum gift shop. The docent should remain available to help answer any other questions.
